Where do the candidates?

Our candidates are all of culinary schools in Latin America, Spain, USA or UK. They are usually about to graduate and seek to perform an advanced course.

Our candidates do they speak French?

We select candidates with at least a basic level in French. A two-week (s) of their intensive courses are offered upon arrival in France (before the beginning of the course) or we strongly suggest following online French lessons several months before departure.

What is the duration of the placement?

The course must last at least 3 months and can be extended to 6 months.

What is the cost of the program for you?

THIS PROGRAM IS COMPLETELY FREE FOR INSTITUTIONS, FOOD NO CHARGE TO FRANCE WILL ENGAGE.

However, the institution must pay the trainee according to French law. Indeed, a monthly bonus of 15% of the hourly ceiling of social security (which is 24 €) is mandatory, either. € 24 x 0.15 (15%) = 3.6 € / hour

If the remuneration does not exceed the minimum hourly amount, € 3.6, this remuneration is exempt from social burden for the host organization. There is no unemployment insurance contributions or union organization.
