Gastronomy France works with restaurants and international hotels network in different regions of France:

  • Rhône-Alpes, Lyon, (capital of gastronomy)
  • Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur (PACA, Marseille)
  • Île-de-France, Paris (capital of France)
  • Aquitaine, Bordeaux (wine region)

What is included in our program?

  • Our service is without cost to your business.
  • Gastronomy France ensures the pre-selection and selection of qualified students in Gastronomy, Hospitality and oenology.
  • Our international interns have a basic level and / or intermediate French.
  • Gastronomy France ensures the smooth running and monitoring of students during their internship in France.

Program Requirements

  • The host organization must provide three meals and accommodation for students.
  • The host organization must provide a monthly bonus of € 554 trainees.
  • The host organization must respect the student internship missions.
  • The training period is 3 or 6 months.
