Gastronomie France à pour vocation de proposer des candidats internationaux francophones qualifiés dans les métiers de bouche (hôtellerie, restauration, œnologie…) pour un stage en France au sein d’un établissement de renom.
Gastronomie France est une association loi 1901, à but non lucratif dont le siège est en France.
Nos missions sont principalement de :
- Favoriser les échanges professionnels entre les étudiants internationaux en hôtellerie ou gastronomie et les établissements hôteliers et des métiers de bouche en France
- Promouvoir l’image de l’hôtelerie et de la gastronomie française à l’international
- Partager et faire découvrir notre riche patrimoine gastronomique, historique et culturel aux stagiaires étrangers
- Faire connaître plus particulièrement les hôteliers et restaurateurs français à l’international
- Apporter de la plus-value certaine à la formation des stagiaires

Gastronomía en Francia tiene como objetivo ofrecer candidatos internacionales francófonos cualificados en el sector de la hostelería (hoteles, restaurantes, vinos …) para una pasantía en Francia dentro de una institución de renombre.
Gastronomía Francia es una asociación ley 1901 sin fines de lucro con sede en Francia.
Nuestras misiones son principalmente:
- Para promover los intercambios profesionales entre los estudiantes internacionales en los establecimientos de hostelería y la gastronomía y la hostelería y el comercio de vacaciones en Francia
- para promover la imagen de la hostelería y la gastronomía internacional francés
- Compartir y descubrir nuestra rica herencia gastronómica, la historia y la cultura a los estudiantes extranjeros
- Envía especialmente los hoteleros y restauradores franceses internacional
- Proporcionar la ganancia de capital algunos internos de formación
