Host hotels and restaurants

Gastronomie France has a network of more than 200 partner restaurants and hotels that wish to share their rich culture and gastronomy with your team.

Are you a student or graduate of Gastronomy/Hotel Management and are you interested in doing your professional experience in France?

The requirements:

  • Be a student at a gastronomy or hotel school, or have studied in the field of gastronomy or hotel management.
  • French level: From A2 (for cooking) – From B1 (for hotel management)
  • Registration for the program should be done from 8 to 12 months before the desired start date (It all depends on the type of profile).
  • Ability to adapt to another culture and skills to learn quickly
  • Age range: between 18 and 35 years old
