Where can Gastronomie France candidates be found?

Candidates come from gastronomy and hotel schools and training centers in Latin America, North America and Asia.

Do candidates speak French?

Candidates must have an A2 level for the culinary field and a B1 level for the hotel field. Given the necessity of the language, the Gastronomie France program, with its affiliate Nivard Group, offers programs including French courses with partner academies.

How long is the internship?

The duration of the experience is between 3 and 12 months, depending on the profile selected and the candidate’s objectives.

How much does the program cost?

The program has no cost for the establishments.
The establishment undertakes to provide the candidate with the following during his/her stay: accommodation, meals during working hours and a monthly remuneration in accordance with the applicable legislation of the government where the candidate will carry out his/her experience.

Who is responsible for the migration process?

Partner institutions and candidates are responsible for managing the migration process, in accordance with the migration laws of the country where the experience takes place.
