Our Beginnings

Gastronomie France, formerly known as Internships Colombia, is an association founded in France in October 2015 by a French entrepreneur based in Colombia. It was created with the aim of providing internship and professional experience opportunities in France, initially targeting students and graduates in gastronomy and hospitality. https://www.internshipscolombia.com/

It has successfully established partnerships with more than 210 French hotels and restaurants and over 40 universities worldwide, positioning itself as a well-established program that seeks to provide trust and security through the real experiences of its community. The company acts as a bridge for these professionals to enrich their culinary and cultural knowledge.
