“From day one, Gastronomie France has been a fundamental pillar in my career. In 2019, they helped me find a place to do my internship in Dijon, a castle where I had an incredible experience. The chef offered me a job after three months, and after returning to Colombia to complete my documentation, Gastronomie France assisted me again in 2022, after the COVID pandemic. The process was excellent; they helped me with the immigration and administrative process, and everything went perfectly. I worked at the castle throughout the year. Thanks to everything they did for me and my performance at the castle, I managed to renew my visa in France for four more years. This gave me incredible peace of mind, and thanks to this, I am still here, living my dream. Now, we are working together for the third time to find an establishment near Paris, where I am carrying out my personal projects.

Since I started with you in 2018-2019 until today, 2024, you have never let me down. You have always been my first choice for any procedure, whether it be visas, work permits, or relocation. I am deeply grateful to you, and I know everything will go well. I will always trust Gastronomie France to fulfill my dreams.”

“My name is Anderson Torres, a former candidate of Gastronomie France selected to work in one of the best restaurants in the Beaujolais region. I was fortunate to arrive at a good place and have an excellent experience in the kitchen. I started the process as a graduate since I had been working as a cook for over 10 years, but there I had to start as an assistant, which allowed me to get to know the kitchen, familiarize myself quickly, and climb the ranks. The castle liked my work, and they renewed my contract to an indefinite term with a new position, which allowed me to do the permanence process with the prefecture of France. Now, I have an extended stay for four more years in France and a higher level in quality and work thanks to Gastronomie France. I recommend the program and, above all, perseverance in the process because you can achieve all those goals as a professional.”

“Everything started when I met Gastronomie France, who helped me realize my dream of doing my internship in France. Thanks to them, who are wonderful people, and the support of my entire family, I was able to achieve it. It was in 2018 when I made my first trip to France to do my internship. I loved being here so much that I decided to do everything possible to stay, and I sought help again from Gastronomie France. Thanks to them, I was able to come back in 2022. I arrived as a commis de cuisine, working for 6 months, and managed to move up to chef de partie. I worked hard for a year, but there were many rewards. I completed a total of 1 year and 8 months, and I was able to return to Mexico for vacation with my family because I had a permanent contract at a restaurant. I’m still here, putting in all my effort, and I managed to get promoted again. Now I’m working as 1st chef de partie in Roussillon, France. Without a doubt, everything I have achieved has been a dream, and I’m proud of myself for continuing to work hard to keep moving forward. Now I’m fighting to get a CDI contract, which is the next goal to achieve.”

“I am Mateo de las Torres, a student of Administration in Food and Beverage Establishments, and I want to share my experience with Gastronomy France. They really supported me from start to finish, and the management they carried out for me in a Michelin-starred restaurant was extremely rewarding. I have learned a lot about French service, and in addition, everything surrounding this experience is wonderful. Being in a country so connected to many other countries and cities in Europe is an experience that is truly worth experiencing. If you are a student of Food and Beverage Service, a waiter, a barista, or a cook, I encourage you to be part of this experience, as it will broaden your worldview and provide you with a very enriching experience in the gastronomic sector.”
