Where do the candidates come from?

Our candidates are from culinary schools in Latin America, Spain, USA and the UK. They are usually about to graduate and looking to take an advanced course.

Our candidates do not speak French?

We select candidates with at least a basic level of French. A maximum of two week(s) of your intensive courses are offered upon arrival in France (before the start of the course) or we strongly suggest following French lessons online several months before departure.

What is the duration of the placement?

The course will last a minimum of 3 months and can be extended to 6 months.

What is the cost of the program for you?

This program is completely free of charge for establishments in France (hotels-restaurants) that wish to host our trainees.

The establishment provides the trainee during his stay: accommodation, meals during working hours and monthly remuneration according to the French legislation in force.
