My experience exceeded all my expectations thanks to the support of Gastronomie France. It was a totally enriching experience for me since I was able to fulfill my dream of strengthening my gastronomy career in France. I am very happy because I developed my internship in an excellent restaurant, in the beautiful city of Aurillac, where I learned many recipes and techniques in both cooking and pastry.
